Found it in my first 5 minutes at Z. Lupins ever.

Out of 5 kills, Griffey coughed up some goodies for 2 of my kills. =O

1. It's an event item, it gives 30 EXP when looted so yeah. Not worth the effort to pick up at my level. There are 200 and 500 EXP varieties that I do pick up though.

If I remember correctly, all monster drop Chaos Scrolls in KMS, but at a really, really low rate.
