Changes and Updates:

• Players can now only obtain up to 3 Epic Potential Scrolls per day in Reboot world from each of the following items:
  • Spring Gift Set
    
  • Mad Bunny’s Easter Egg
    
• The drop rates for the Yellow Easter Egg, Green Easter Egg, and Red Easter Egg have been reduced.
  
• There was an issue where the Spring Event Coin Shop purchase limits were not reset from the previous event period. The purchase limits for the Spring Event Coin Shop will now be reset.
  
• There was an issue where some players did not receive the Beauty Album Hair Slot Coupon when using the Beauty Album Hair Slot Coupon Ticket from the 3/16 Hot Day Event. Players who experienced this issue will receive a replacement Beauty Album Hair Slot Coupon Ticket. Please claim your item from the gift box icon on the left-side of the screen.
  • Players must claim their coupon on any character in the same world in which their original issue occurred.
    
• The 104th Cadet Chair will no longer cause players to crash when they sit close to one another.

At this point, 3 a day is more than enough.
Also they give us plenty of advance warning, so if anyone for any reason hasn't epic-potted all their gear on Reboot yet, they can farm boxes from now 'til the maintenance and do so (or stock up on as many scrolls as their inventory will hold - but they'll need to find something to use them on before they expire in a week).

I love how Nexon thinks people give a pomegranate about the Yellow/Green/Red Easter Eggs dropping, instead of just removing them as drops. Glad to know nothing's changed since I took a break.

You can only get one of the Mad Bunny's Easter Eggs a day, so good luck getting 3 a day from that.

The scrolls are untradeable (no storing it either) and you can't move equips at all on reboot so it doesn't matter too terribly much if it's per character or not.

Still, it isn't THAT bad of a restriction I suppose, depending on your luck.
