Looks like another lackluster anniversary completely centered around coins and coin farming. What a surprise.

Those chairs are going to get obnoxious.

What's worse is that these were imported from KMS's 10th anniversary, the most lackluster I experienced.

Since when did Anniverarsies started becoming more like your average event.

Well... Decided to come back for the anniversary. I might make it a tradition to visit this game every now and again. I'll grab some planet chairs, a medal or two, but that's probably all I'm gonna do this anniversary.

I'd say that's about as likely as perma hyper rocks going on sale again.

They've updated the patch notes with the methods to obtain the chairs.

Mercury Chair: This chair can be obtained by hunting monsters within your level range during the 9th Anniversary. (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)
Venus Chair: This chair can be obtained by participating in the 9th Anniversary Attendance Event. (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)
Earth Chair: This chair can be obtained by completing all of the 9th Anniversary Event Achievements. (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)
Mars Chair: This chair can be obtained from the 9th Anniversary Coin Shop in the Event Hall by spending 80 9th Anniversary Coins. (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)
Jupiter Chair: This chair can be obtained from the 9th Anniversary Coin Shop in the Event Hall by spending 140 9th Anniversary Coins. (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)
Saturn Chair: This chair can be obtained by hunting down the following major bosses during the 9th Anniversary, or through the Gachapon from May 7 – June 10. (Permanent.)
o Zakum (normal and Chaos)
o Horntail (normal)
o Pink Bean (normal and Chaos)
o Von Leon (easy and normal)
o Cygnus
o Arkarium (easy and normal)
o Hilla (normal and hard)
o Magus (easy, normal, and hard)
o Root Abyss bosses (normal and Chaos)
o Masteria: Crimson Wood Keep PQ bosses
o Singapore: Krexel
o Ninja Castle: Kacchuu Musha, Emperor Toad

Obtain all eight planetary chairs to receive the “Solar Savior” quest found on the left side of the game window. Complete it to receive the Sun Chair! (Moveable only within account, Permanent.)

Moveable within account is far better than just untradeable.

Got to the top of the Anniversary JQ! I think I was the second in BelloNova to reach the top after my guildie, or at least I was in CH1.

Unfortunately, I only got 10 reindeer milk (my guildie got 10 sunrise dews) from finishing the JQ. Guess I have this to look forward to throughout anniversary -_-

I've done it 5 times so far and got reindeer milk x2, 2 trait potions, and 1 coin. I'm going to keep doing it until I get the chair. If you're good with JQs, this is definitely one that gets easier with practice. It took ~30 mins for me to finish the first time, but now it consistently takes me 10mins or less.

Yeah, I'm not getting that chair, or the Sun chair. Might have been able to get my son to do the JQ for me once, but doing it repeatedly for a low chance at the chair? No thanks.

Meanwhile: 1 Dimensional Invasion run with Mutant Ribbon Pig and Greed Pendant yielded 25 Lucky Boxy, 405 Maple Leaves, and 3 Mercury chairs.

The boxes gave:
6 trait potions (the ones that give 30 of the trait)
5 9th Anniversary White Weapon Box (Level 30 weapons that can only be moved in the account, and only once. Gee, Nexon, you're too generous.)
3 10 Sunrise Dew
3 10 Melting Cheese
2 9th Anniversary Bit Box
2 7-day Orange Mushroom Mount
1 Unidentified 9th Anniversary Scroll (turned out to be the 60% 2h weapon 5-6 m/w-att one)
1 9th Anniversary White Armor Box (gave Gum (face accessory))
1 Elixir. Yeah, just one. And it's untradeable, at that.
1 10 Maple Leaves

White Weapon boxes gave me Pole Arm, Shining Rod, Fan, Staff, Gun. Coincidentally or not, 3 of them actually had potential that's relevant for their class (1% INT on Shining Rod, 1% DEX on Gun, and 4 STR on Pole Arm. Too bad they're level 30...

I would enjoy these events a lot more if my inventory weren't choked full.

sadly this event seems rather dull. recycling of past years. even circus music is recycled.

monsteropoly is a little amusing, but makes no sense and no skill is involved, you just wait for the time to run out or your lives to end.

not sure if i will play enough to even get enough coins for the chair. jupiter chair looks ugly (like a big poo) so will prob only get mars chair.
