Yes, this situation is getting way out of hand. I'm currently level 98 and on my way to 100 so I can newt, but every one of my training places has been run over by hackers and botters. I can no longer hime or BF in mardia, so I had to relocate my training spot to blue wyverns till 100. The exp is relatively okay there, although it's a tad slower than himes. And the worst part is that now the hackers are also taking over the back-up training maps. I nearly lost my wyvern ch today to a bishop with meso hacks and other things. Each time he killed a wyvern it dropped like 3-4k. It was scary. Not to mention hackers killing HT....

Merchants are getting far too desperate in Windia, I've seen 7-9.5m ilbis more times then I'd care to count. Even with hackers, there will be a point where farming Wolfspiders loses its profit, thus Ilbis will go back up eventually. I'd say buyers should take advantage now.

I guess I lucked out then. I found my second set of ilbis ever about a week and a half ago and managed to sell them for 12 mil. Nothing like the 43 Mil of yesteryear, but still sounds better than things have gotten recently.
More on topic, unfortunately there is not much we can do about hackers. As some have said, this helps some people interested in buying cheap things, for others, it hurts the merchants. However that isn't entirely true. It's just a buyer's market. Buy while you can now if you are a merchant who doesn't really care about ethics (which would be most to my knowledge) and sell them later when the hacks are killed off (for at least a few days anyway). All else fails; save them up until the next new world comes out on a mule and world transfer over, change them into mesos and in turn to rare/expensive items then send them back your way or make some NX in the MTS.
Of course, I can't even afford a basic FM permit right now, so what do I know about merchanting and the MTS.
