Stirgeman's Utility Skirt

I bought a box of NPC Heroes iTCG (completed the entire set except for a power elixer card, o teh irony) and I was using my codes. On my 4th complete set of stirgemans equip i forgot about the skirt completely.. I stopped using the codes. Now, if enough people seemed to complain about Zak Diamonds not dropping from zak, and NEXON actually fixed it, what might be the chances of NEXON fixing the fact that Stirgeman Skirt is unobtainable from set 4..? Has anyone actually sent a ticket about the lack of stirgeman skirt?

Did Nexon write that the Stirgeman's Utility Skirt would be obtainable? If not, then...

It seems glitched because I've never seen a skirt in-game. They were definitely supposed to come from cards because they are the female counterpart to stirgeman's utility pants.

possibly stirgeman is sexist? i dont see the reason why i would need any stirgeman equips exept maybe the HP cape for zhelm buyers.
