Yes, I've read the threads saying that 1k NX is like 4-5m mesos.
I was browsing the MTS and comparing prices with basil's, I couldn't find a single example of item that had that rate.
For example, gloves atk 60% sell for 4,75m but let's take 5m. The lowest priced one in MTS was like 1700, but let's take 1500. With the data from this example we get a 3,33 rate for meso/NX.
I'd like someone to give me an example of which item has that kind of rate you stated.

I think they were talking flat out meso -> NX conversion.
As in, gimme 40m and I'll give you two 5 card codes.

No, I remember people talking that in discussions of whether it was better to use gachapon, MTS or meso bags to get money from NX.

It's different server-to-server, obviously.

Yeah, apparantly Windia is 4:1. But why? The meso bags in CS are out again, and they have a 2:1 ratio. Why don't MTS follow that ratio? If we were to sell an item in there worth 4 mil, then we would get 1k nx. Which equals 2 mil in meso bags. So, unless we assume the MTS to be a "closed market", we're actually losing half the profit.

Meso bags are worth less than MTS, so the solution is: nobody buys meso bags, they buy other MTS items (or Cash Shop Items).
If you could spend 1.4k NX to get a 60% GA worth ~5mil, or 1k NX to get 2mil, would you buy the meso bag?

MTS doesn't follow that ratio because the conversion is only one-way. You can't convert mesos into nx through meso bags, and why would you buy meso bags if you can make more mesos through MTS? Also, Windia is about a 3000:1 ratio by the way.

You can get mesos for a lot cheaper; the hackers' meso sites offer mesos for about $1 -> 4m, so that's where the exchange rate hovers at. Meso bags are just overpriced, and you can't sell mesos for money, so the exchange rate floats based on the meso sites' rates.
And yes, Basil prices are always under what the scrolls are worth, because people pay for convenience. That's why shop price (instant buy) > free market price (find someone there and then) > Basil price (find someone and arrange a time to meet)

I'm definitely not buying mesos from meso sites. Also, since I usually don't sell stuff that often or have the patience to leave my computer on during the night I don't use a store permit. So basil is a good choice, I buy and sell almost everything there so I lose when selling but gain when buying, no problem at all

So did we ever come to an agreement with this? A set ratio?
