My guess it's suppose to be that way. Got a feeling they're asking us to either farm on several chars or just use Chaos Goodness.

There is no way this is intentional. The coins would become completely useless and irrelevant very quickly. I don't even think every single item is supposed to be fully listed like this. Pretty sure it's supposed to be similar to the root abyss shops with random items listed each day or entry.

Except it makes absolutely no sense with some of the items in the shop, like the keys for example. It should be 5 keys per day, not 5 keys and that's it for life (not that keys are hard to farm anyway, but that doesn't devalidate the point).

Could easily be because they tried to limit some select items in the shop to 1, and instead they screwed up the entire shop.

And the reason why our coins would become obselote is because we don't have the boom scrolls that drop. I'm guessing that we were suppose to only buy the non-boom scroll once every set amount of days while we find the boom ones from monster drops inside gollux, and I would further assume that the extra coins would go towards buying the ring or earring again [which I fully assume it's glitched since I doubt they only wanted to let you buy this once] since you know..those boom scrolls are pretty unforgiving.

Maybe using the scroll? O.o idk i dont have the attention span to do the 100 etcs lol... And i want the set fml
