It's cute, real cute, but no. Flat out N-O. I would frame it and put up it on my wall as "most comical resumes I ever had to review." And I've read some pretty lack-luster (& unfortunately hilarious) resumes for my job. ._.

Give him some credit he could've beenapplying to Hasbro or something.

Aside from the pony theme and all that would likely keep him from getting a job the overall look of it is good, but taking in mind he's mainly computer science and math I doubt the pony theme will help at all.

It's been on tumblr for a while now. Job interviews aren't really the place for exploring your favorite shows.

If I was the manager , I would actually take a look at it or even glance at it. Effort is a huge part.. If he/she took her time why not read it other then bashing the person.
I'd rather read something more colorful then black and white and boring ass hell. That's just me though.
