[Complete] Scheduled Game Update - August 6, 2013

Gah, I'm such an idiot, I should've checked this back when Unleashed came out. All the Xenon/Demon Avenger related Battle Monster quests (and, well, all the battle monster quests period), have a start date of 2013-08-07, so, there's that, for what it's worth.

Though, this does seem like the sort of thing they would have a Patch Highlights post for, unless it was supposed to be a surprise.

Edit: Oh, nevermind, guess that was old data. Here's a diff of data between whatever the last time was (left) and how it is today (right) for the, rather terribly named, quest "[Monster Battle] XenoMonster Celebration"



It's like this for all the quests, 201308070000 -> 201301010000 (08/07/2013 -> 01/01/2013). I have no idea what this means, but... at the very least, it was intended to start tomorrow.

Imo it either has to be this patch, or september, but september is pushing it a bit since if we start RED in december, that leaves us no time for the Cygnus Returns patch (since theres 3 seperate parts of course)

Edit: I suppose we could always start RED in January though. Bear in mind we do already have some things from Masteria in our patch data which arn't ingame yet (like the aforementioned bigfoot)

I doubt it is in this patch. Nexon loves to hype and they haven't mentioned Masteria anywhere. Battle Monster League is coming soon, that's a given. Because all the other versions are getting Battle Monster League.
Cygnus Returns was 3 updates for KMS because at that time they were still developing the skill changes. Maybe GMS will incorporate all three revamps into one patch.

Since RED is a tier 2 update (major update), it'll probably come in the winter season for GMS.

It was temporarily closed for like less than a day to fix a couple bugs it had.

They better fix the freaking final attack animation this time.

Meh, I kill 1200 monsters every day for attendance anyway. On my Hero. Glitched FA and all. Uphill both ways, against the wind, in 5 feet of snow. You kids today are so spoiled...

I just opened the pet box and my MODEM DISCONNECTED the moment I chose "Baby Tiger". Got NO PET

mind you, so do i, except i have no clue from where the 1200 comes from, unless you mean three adventurers, in such case i'm doing 3000 kills a day, 300 of which are on my DrK f3

what annoys me is that the 999 kills i have to do with glitched FA will be AFTER the unique scroll, since i want the wings and the first week stuff on another, less FA-ish character.
