Is it possible to get your skills up to 13/23/33?
#1
If so, how?

I see there is a Lv 33 blast for example but how does anyone get the extra skill point?
I know for a fact every equip with skill level +1 doesn't add up above the max skill level.
Only combat orders does, so how does one obtain this mysterious skill point to get 3 points over max?

+1 to all Passive Skills from Inner Ability breaks cap the last I checked, so that plus CO, but it, of course, doesn't work on Blast.

Possibly Reverse/Timeless weapons? It's a very old thing but idk if it breaks the cap.

In a @Fiel 's thread there's an legendary pot that +3 all skills Big Grin
or +1 inner and +2 all skills in unique pot always exceed the cap
Edit: Maybe, not sure

No, those didn't break the cap.

Generating tables basically just substitutes n where n is the current skill level to the variable's formula. There is no check to see if you can actually reach that level n but it's there in case you could. So I put the maximum as +3 from the max level in case you could do it.

Shouldn't it go up to +5 then? (CO + 3 azwan +1 all skills)

Even though that's basically impossible to obtain.

as you said, that's going a bit too far, plus one can simply use the formula to figure the benefits out.

Ah, that clears up why.
I'm pretty sure nobody has ever said/shown that they went three levels over the cap.
And if they did, i'm pretty sure that person would show it off.
Thank you.

List of circulators: http://maplearchive.com/item-wp.php?category=270

There are rank 10-2, special (rank 1), ultimate (I'm guessing rank 0, but from hot time only).

Special circs are available from the Pierre guy (at 10 Emperor coins each), at a fairly low rate (I'd say around .5-1%?).

High ranks (or maybe all circs? not sure) from Pierre is a buy-once only. You can buy multiple in one go. If he resets, you can buy it again (assuming you randomly get it again).

Also (not sure if you're looking for more data) I'm at lv 55 53,967 (39%)

Edit: I just noticed something very interesting.

Does that mean I get level 33 skills with CO?

Edit2: ahaha...

Yep -- this is why I added it in there. I knew it was possible so I figured it'd be worth changing the max level to 33.

*raises hand* i've done it, with my passives only ofc, but i don't party much, even less with paladins.

edit: sniped hard, and oh yea, stellar had done it too. i remember there being some kind of glitch with his skills though.

edit edit: ah yea, rolling moonsault gaining a level from it, weird of that skill to be considered passive

Oh wow amazing, it's a shame it's just for passive though and not active.
But still! I'm suprised.
