Or if we know the damage formula that'd be nice too.

Does Demon Avenger benefit from HP% comparably with Stat% on other classes?

Stat formula is 50HP:1 mainstat iirc. I'll try and find the post that confirms this
EDIT: Didn't find, below post is correct

JoeTang Wrote:Demon Avenger uses HP as its primary stat and Strength as its secondary stat. No other stats affect its damage. Autoassign will put all your points into HP. You gain 30 HP per AP. Your damage will be affected by your max HP and remaining HP. It will be at its lowest at 70% HP, and highest at 100% HP. Demon Avenger's Mastery is 20% like all other melee classes. JoeTang Wrote:Every 36 HP is the equivalent of 1 Main-stat for another class in terms of damage per WATK. You gain 150 HP per 5 stat points, plus some number I forget whenever you level. Given how large an HP pool generally is, HP% is more effective than standard main stat%s per point of damage, since your base HP pool will be so much larger than the standard mainstat pool. In relation to the actual % increase in damage, it will be lower since the class already has an abundance of HP% bonuses, but that doesn't mean you should get less HP%. That being said, top end gear for a Demon Avenger would have to have HP options on it along side its %HP. Especially in the lower levels, flat +HP gear is usually better than HP% gear since it can spawn so high compared to your lower HP at those levels. |
