Uhh, don't AMs get at least 1 point in it? O_o

Besides, ER/survivability doesn't really help in getting you recruited into a boss run. xD Unless of course you've being seduced by horntail. o.o

No no no no no, i don't think you get what i said. (@ above post) Priests and DKs get a skill called "elemental resistance" which both classes put a small amount of point in, it really helps cut down damage from elemental attacks. (priests actually max it last i checked) I was trying to point out that the boss might have some really strong elemental attacks of various types and elemental resistance would be why no DrKs and bishops were killed in those numbers.

This is probably a boss that AMs might survive if they had their resistances. (assuming the boss is as strong as we're thinking)

Even though I don't even use elements - yet - on my page, this really does bother me. Paladins basically suck at most bosses because of it.

Training's OK. Himes and Skelegons are both holy weak, so it's not that bad. But every single boss is strong/neutral to Holy! <_<

Oh, welcome Back Wobbufet. Where've you been? D:

Well, Resistance is what make the game challenging, right?

Sorry, what was your speculation?

No, it handicaps Element-Based Classes. A skill (that the boss uses, like a Def-Up) which applies resistance would add flavor, but all resistance does so far is making pretty damn sure they don't boss.

I see, but thats the whole point of the game. When Nexon planned bossing they expected people to be in parties, therefore getting support from others.
It's like Final Fantasy where without the 2 mages and 2 warriors, they party would be screwed.

I'm looking for a pattern, I was hoping someone else would see one. xD

EDIT : Takebacker, I think you're dead on. I don't think the Bosshunters were exactly friendly, maybe these Raven Ninja guys had something against Bosshunters, too. Perhaps the Bosshunters became too strong, and the power corrupted them. ...Or maybe Naricain corrupted them...

Well, Paladins and Mages have no party skills at all. Meditate's effect on Mages is a joke, so I don't count it. Now if Pages' PG was a party skill that gave reduced knock back to the party, that's different. However, it isn't, and they don't seem real inclined to make it so. :/
They give Paladins no party skills and elemental attacks. Aka, screwed any hope of them bossing.

Ah it is not so, Paladin were probably meant to be attackers. And with all the skills out there, the is BOUND to be one that raises their accuracy.

Bosshunters are Heroes, if something had happened to turn them then it certainly would have been mentioned in the iTCG stories about them.

Why does everyone assume a good group or NPC or whatever is randomly gonna turn evil? First Elpam, then Foxwit, and now Bosshunters? O_o

This?

It makes sense that the numbers represent how challenging it is for each class. All the short-ranged attackers would have very little chance of getting away from a God-Stomp. Shadowers can use their Mist-Bomb-Thing, B-Step, Fake, and the 600+ avoid they'll have by the time it sounds like they'll be fighting this thing.

Donators can, but otherwise it's based on Post Count.

Haven't heard the ones about Elpam.

Foxwit? I dunno, maybe Dr. Krakia put some bug in him or something that evils him.

The thing with the Bosshunters is me being paranoid as usual. >__> ...Then again, the day NLC came out, I said the Yetinx was going to have something related to Nihal Desert, and that was correct. Which makes me... 1/5315456478 predictions, so meh.
