[Neo Tokyo] For the 13x+ crowd

the last quest from ponicharu at Odaibara 2100 requires 3 items from over lords and after lords,its glitched at the reward by the way,took me 4 hours to getr the items,and the npc keeps saying that you dont got enough slots,it will be fixed tonight,at the maintenance.

I'd love to know what that is doing in a robotic themed future of Tokyo, is that actually in the game, or just staying dormant in the data for now? Also does it really fly? If so, ill be so happy if we have another epic geist-style boss.

Well from what I believe it is the 1st form of the magician or something like that, I believe that the magician is the leader of BLAZE corp.(The main enemy in the plot)

Doesn't fly. If you see its wings start moving and it looks like it's about to fly, you better get the hell out of the way cause it's about to deal 18,000 damage or so.

I think that's what it looks like.
Under that pic from the database are blue lightning bolts emerging from the ground, like Mecateon, except those are red.

their attack values, for the most part, aren't *That* insane, but it's safe to say this isn't an archer-friendly area.
