Yes, it would be 13/10/10

And no, accuracy and facial expressions are they only thing they removed. And they didn't really remove them. They added a variable to prevent you from getting them anymore, so if you already have those potentials, you'll still have them, but if you cube, they'll never show up again.

You misunderstood, it's not a new potential level, it's a new potential tier.

I don't feel the need to explain further, because the update notes even tell you the tiers, the previous highest was level 71+, now the highest is 150+

2) This is a 160 set argument not a new potential tier argument and i've already posted points about that.

1) Too limited and not applicable nor all that attractive to a rather massive, probably majority portion of the player base, specifically those with higher levels of funding, which get hit the hardest by this.
2) I fail to see the distinction, at least until new sets are released.

A half-assed solution to a major problem that got one of the highest scores in the Better Maple thing hardly makes the problem have "no real downside."

these new 90% attack scroll can still break if it fail ... so better get some shielding ward and maybe a bit clean slate / shield scroll if it fail not only that since these scroll are limited unless u got ton of account u might need some guardian scroll too

I believe these 90% scroll come from hottime and they last for 1-3 day? if don't use and I believe they are untradeable and only one per account?

They do not, they're just RED Scroll for [One/Two]-Handed [ATT/Magic ATT] 90% and the only description is that they improve attack/magic attack on one or two handed weapons.
