Aran Update Notes

Crap, I shouldn't have turned those Dagger ATK 60%s into 65%s...they could have been 90%s. D:

Assuming the Shoe ATK scrolls are going to be crazy expensive, my attack boost for this patch will be Lilin's Ring(s). I hope the delete/recreate Aran method can get me 6 atk/6 stats

3 different stat rings

People are thinking about training to 30, storing the ring, deleting the character, going to 50, storing the ring, etc.

That is if the old ring gets taken away in the first place.

I think it's like an upgrade kind of thing.
Example:
30 (3+) > 50 (5+) > 7 (7+)

If there's 3 different versions then you can wear all 3 even if they're one of a kind.

I think it's like an upgrade kind of thing.
Example:
30 (3+) > 50 (5+) > 7 (7+)

But we're getting 3 different rings, which is where Nexon screwed up on. Unless they made it so that all of the rings count in the same "one of a kind" restriction. I don't even know if that's possible, given that they'd have separate item IDs.

It doesn't matter if it has the same name. They're 3 different items, thus have 3 different item ID's. Them being one of a kind only means you can only have one lillins ring (1), one lillins ring (2), and one lillins ring (3).

So +6 to all stats and +6 w.att is still possible.

It will probably happen like the empty compass does. You get the empty compass, complete a quest and the compass disappears and gets replaced with a golden compass. The same will likely apply to the ring.

What if she just hands you 100% +x atk/+x stat "Lilin's ring only" scrolls at 50 and 70? Would scrolling it like that alter the ID? From the little I understand about item IDs, I don't think it would.

Can't wait for Aran!!! The Aran i will make will probably become my main character.
Reasons why i love arans:
-They level fast
-They don't need "godly" equips to be powerfull
-Combos

I agree this is probably how it'll be done. But the current theory to get all three on one character is to get the 30, delete that Aran, get the 50, delete that Aran and then get the 70 on your third Aran (transferring the ring over to your main before each deletion). I don't see why this wouldn't work if we're getting three different rings.

Unless, perhaps, the level 30 and 50 rings expire? That would be a good solution on Nexon's part, but who knows. Speculation, speculation.

It clearly says "receive lillins ring at 30, 50, and 70" not "receive lillins ring SCROLLS at 30, 50, and 70".
