This situation is exactly like mine. If any of you are having issues deleting characters that were made between July 11th and the 13th, the rollback is most likely the cause. The strange thing is, upon logging in earlier today after the patch, I couldn't delete any of my characters, nor did I have my promised character slot. Hopefully the SC will sweep away all of my headaches with v88.
