Im confused, I translated the rest of the world tour part with Babelfish and got this:

And I guess being hit adding up to your Rage bar in Mureung Gym is a ton better, especially for those innocent Gunslingers. Cause last I checked, it said it will rise from damage dealt AND taken, amirite? I can smell melee classes getting Black Belts more now, seeing as they're up close all the time.
And world tour removal is a kick in the nuts and a gift from heaven and the same time. Takos are in world tour, so that's a kick in the nuts. But it's a gift cause it's less quests to accomplish and no more uber menial tasks (300 Cloud Tails. wtp?)

1. No world tour = No Takos, leads to even bigger inflation of coke town pots = A very sad Dramaticz not willing to pay 30k+ for a 20 minutes 8 atk pot

2. No world tour = no chance to get Pure waters in leafre = another sad Dramaticz.

3. Us high lvled ranged classes rarely take damage in MLPQ = another sad dramaticz since it's now harder to aquire points.

World Tour is being removed.
All chars who were in the World Tour maps will be moved to the map "Spinel's Travel Agency", where you can go back to the town you came from. You will not be able to use Teleport Stones to go back to the World Tour maps.

That still seems like something for Tespia only, or maybe they're doing changes to them, I seriously cant believe they are just getting rid of the world tour, theres no real logic to it.

And Spinel's Travel agency sounds like it'd be a better way to move to world tour areas than having an NPC in each town, sure its less convenient, but it looks a lot nice in the game.

By the way, world tour is being removed from KMS on January 22. So this is permanant.

I find it hard to believe they would remove the World Tour maps, sounds like they are just changing the way you get to them, not taking them out of the game.

well, a "travel agency" seems to be along the lines of changing the way the areas are accessed, so they probably wont be removing it completely, just the way you get there.

Yeah well, ranged classes can still leech BF and Anego lol. A well equipped (accuracy wise) archer or slinger can hit Bigfoot in 4x

this is what im thinking theyre gonna do. Removing a lot of towns all at once is nonsense, but a lot of those towns are hindered already since they rely on a single npc to take you to the towns, where as singapore, NLC, and even the new JMS Neo Tokyo all have a rooted access to the area that is not just an npc (train, plane, etc.). So i think they are just removin world tour for the time being and are going to rework how the areas are accessed. I mean come on, you think they could get rid of their number 1 gacha? They be up pineapples creek without a paddle.

Well the new Neo Tokyo maps are accessed through mushroom shrine/temple which is accessed through spinel so you would be boned there too. KMS doesn't use the gachapon system so it won’t affect them at all in that respect. Hopefully since we do that means they won't remove world tours for us , well we only have 1 anyway, lol.
