Predictions for January patch(s)

In reference to the Christmas poem: Versal was only mentioned because it's been a part of Maple Christmas for three years now. It's tradition. A lot of people seemed to read far too much into the mentions of Versal when it clearly was just a reference to Christmas past and not to future content.

As far as next patch goes, we'll assuredly be getting Nihal PQ and Kerning Square, as well as probably that moon bunny event and valentines quests, since the patch is on January 19th. We're not going to get everything that was mentioned in the poem this month; that's obvious. We don't need that much in a single patch, anyway. Most people will still be working on their aran's during the next patch which should keep everyone busy, and Nexon knows it.

I am 100% positive we'll be getting the dreaded Neo City rather than Neo Tokyo and Kaede for the simple fact that Nexon America rarely strays from the content Nexon Korea creates. We managed to keep World Tour because it wasn't necessary for us to remove it, and we get areas like Malaysia and Singapore because they don't conflict with any of the content KMS creates. But Neo City, unfortunately, is important to KMS and therefore important to GMS. iirc Neo City has something to do with the black magician story, although very broken and making very little sense, and for that reason it will be an "important" part of our game. I was really hoping for Kaede and Tokyo too but I don't have enough faith in Nexon to do what's best for the player.

No, they probably did think about the story, as they could have assraped it, but it is very intact.

It'd be rather interesting if it was true, and it'd indeed increase my interest in Neo City.

It doesn't work to have all the branches working on one big storyline... it'll end up making no sense unless they actually make contact with each other to make sure it makes sense.

@Combattente: I didn't hear anything about Neo City having Black Magician in it's storyline either..

I just did some looking up and translation of the old extraction and yeah, I guess I didn't recall correctly. As far as I can see it doesn't, so disregard that comment. Point still stands that Nexon America rarely drifts from "important" Nexon Korea content, especially areas.

They can't do that though; it'd crush the real thing, neo tokyo, which they can't do. The most they can do it give it its own separate story. Kind of like really what neo tokyo is.

People that write like you do, I ignore just about everything you claim in your posts. Like others said before me, don't use the excuse of English being a second language. You certainly should be able to construct simple sentences that people can understand. (Like Kabanaw said, use simple grammar punctuation. It works wonders when trying to getting your points across.) If you don't put in the time to post legitimate, well-organized posts, NO ONE will take you seriously.

You really are dumb, aren't you? They're the same as us, they know about every other version and area. Also, they know what neo tokyo is. When neo city was released they were going on about how it was payback to the japanese for the dokdo, which is a moral war between japan and korea about their pasts. (Which is stupid and wrong.) Plus, they'd end up screwing over themselves in the end, JMS, TMS, and SEA already have the real tokyo, not the cheap knockoff. KMS dictates what other areas get, so they can't make a discrepancy in the storyline that makes other versions unable to get content.

So why not neo city? XD

You use your imagination to make up predictions (same with saar) and you really don't know the way the game is made and what is really possible for the game. It's okay, but it gets annoying when I have to correct you guys. Oh well, +1 post count to me, eh?

I'd usually prance in here and make my usual pimento comment towards know-it-all's in here. But no one knows for sure what Nexon's plans are for anything... except maybe a few like KMS getting their balance patches... (which GMS better get soon, too.)

So I see no further point in pretty much bi`tching at each other about what future content patches will be, especially ones involving whether or not we're getting Neo City or Neo Tokyo, either way the "unknowing" will be pleased with it. The unknowing being people who don't use forums like Basil Market, Southperry, or Sleepywood.

It was very stupid idea to make Neo City maple future is in danger because just imagine if there will be for example quest for new class and what will do Neo Tokyo? That was very bad idea it will only bring bugs, glitches if it will be in GMS more than any content before. I don't understand KMS why they didn't make whole new town themselves new monsters etc. just lazy.
If Neo City will be require for future classes, contents than JMS and all versions with Neo Tokyo will have problems.

On topic I feel that we will get Pachinko soon because it was update in JMS and it looks now interesting and of course some nx is require so our poor Nexon will try this in GMS.
