GMS Monster Book (post chaos)

Just logged off maple but if memory serves well when I get a PB card to complete ToT I will have level 8 and aside from Empress and her Guards I'm only missing Prime Minister.

Yea this is correct. You can skip Ereve and still get to level 8. Even with Ereve you will not even be close to level 9 though.

4135 is all but Dark Henny iirc. Mush Castle (Prime Minister) is only 30 points so you can miss it and a couple of the other low ones and still be Level 8.

My book in Tespia is level 6 yet I still get 1% all stat from Silent Crusade/Hob PQ.

I'd like to see this answered.

How does a monster book "level up" in terms of potential ranking? Mine's currently level six and still rare.

I think it has to do with your set. Your allstat is the regular stats, the set is the pot.
If your set has qualities that can only be gained from a certain rank of potential, then it's automatically that rank.

Expanding on this, the sets that give 15% PDR or % all stat are epic and the leafre and future ereve sets are unique( Leafre gives 30% PDR, +1 All skill, and future ereve gives 9% att/Matt, both of which are unique potentials.)

That bug with increasing all stat and junk isn't fixed in jMS either.

empress only gives 3% on my book

Well, the other ones give 1% when they're supposed to give 3% at lvl 8 monster book, so I assume that lvl 8 monster book+Cygnus should give 9%, or atleast it should based of the wz files.
