[noparse][mention][/noparse] tags are stripped out of quotes automatically now (when making them, not when displaying the ones that already have been posted). The ; may remain.

Updated "Home" tab's layout rendering to use divs & CSS instead of 90's era tables for it's structure and layout, and consequently fixed the image overflow issues on Internet Explorer and Firefox.
