God damit I keep getting good ones almost right the hell away. I wanna get the one with the hair in a bow but I don't at the same time.

Level difference doesn't seem to matter, i'm farming envelopes at kerning square on my 14x phantom, and they drop frequently

The drop rate kind of sucks in my opinion. Even on 2x drop, I would get a few within a minute or two, then not see a single one for three minutes. It seems pretty sporadic and low.

1. Is Red skin available?
2. is All star Hair Avialible?

October 24 to November 20

During the event period, Random Beauty Coupons will have a chance to drop from monsters level 10 or above.
Use Random Beauty Coupons to randomly change your face, hair style, hair color and skin color - all in one go!
The Random Beauty Coupons randomly choose from all available hair and skin colors, and hairstyles and faces available from both the REG and VIP coupons.
Coupons will expire after 7 days.

i understand, however Nexon has not always been correct with what they post, so i was just looking for some In-Game comfirmation

I think there were a few other coupons I used but forgot to take ss (I remember getting Full Bangs haircut with the Look of Death face). After checking Bannedstory for hairs that look cool with the hat, I decided to keep that last haircut. All I need now is a Canopus Hat to anvil

Interestingly enough, in game it says the event goes until the 6th. I am REALLY hoping it goes until the 20th.

Lilin's is no longer royal, back when they changed all the hairstyles around, some royals became exp/vips, Lilin's in exp somewhere if i remember correctly

After using 100+ coupons on my DK and about 4 on my Cannoneer...

You only got reg and vip the first time so I don't see why they would change it. Why do you think they edited out the image that showed Yellow/Aran skin etc.

It's Reg, as mentioned some previous Royal's became Reg's in the last shuffle they did.
