Nevermind, I thought you were comparing the %, not the raw exp.

My range is something like 35 ~ 550. Not killing them in a hit isn't a common occurrence. Add in the fact that when I do hit below 80, it might be on a Snail or stump, all of which have 40 or less HP.

If I get ~24k per hour, how does he only get ~10k per hour?

24k? wtp?
Well, my test were before the updates to Maple Island, and I didn't use any speed boost. o_o

Islanders are pointless now. MTS has defeated their purpose.

Our purpose to is to stay on the Island isolated.

All MTS has done is making training slightly faster for the lower levels.

MTS did kill half the islanders but think of the name "Islanders"

It is people who stay on the island. It doesnt matter what we use.

Just as long as we are on the island Big Grin

I don't imagine MTS would kill Islanders, is it really such a big deal what equipment you use?

I would think it would make being an Islander more competitive.

Who cares about your equips on Maple Island? There's a certain point where you one hit kill everything anyway

It's not the fact that Islanders can now wear Orange Shirts and skiis, it's more to do with the fact that finding a scroll on Island isn't worth nearly as much as it use to be. Hunting Equips isn't an effective way to get gear. <_<

I don't get why Islanders use MTS. It totally defeats the point. Hunting for scrolls, better equips, collectable ETC and USE items are what makes an Islander a fun class to be. People who use MTS don't have to hunt for anything; they may just as well leave the Island altogether..

Defeats the point? I thought the point of an islander was to stay on the island isolated and train on weak monsters. I never thought it had anything to do with what you whacked the snail with.

I don't see why islanders shouldn't use MTS. You can "hunt for stuff" off-island aswell, but some people choose not to because some people don't like the bad droprates gMS has.

Well unless you only play your Islander for levelling up, which I don't, you wouldn't see what I meant.

Islanders shouldn't train to level.

I don't train at all really. I hunt for better equips, and after a while I level.
Well obviously I do train, but I don't train for exp.
