Yes, Soul Charge gives a +125% holy boost to Soul Masters. Soul Masters ARE Holy-based.

I think the rest of us adventurer classes gonna have to join all pallys looking for hugs of pity. First aran and now some kind of dragon rider battle mage? We are getting old, weak and redundant.
