Permanent pets is somewhat of a "new" feature for GMS. These pet cards came out circa...what was it? 2006-2008? Was it 07-09?
Regardless, Perma pets only started showing up in the shops about 2 years ago at the MOST. I don't have an exact date just an estimate.
On Topic:
I would LOVE to have an orange tiger, however I don't have a char to put it on as I am using reapers atm. Also I'm not in Scania...so theres that.
