Your feelings towards these kind of pictures

Unending rage rises inside of me.
There are ways to be kind to girls without taking ridiculous photo's of yourself to try and make yourself "Famous" and an "idol" to girls.

I remember seeing one that was along the lines of:
Hey girls,
I don't mind if you have small breasts,
because it means that when i hug you,
you are closer to my heart.

I almost vomited. Violently.

I just don't get it. they make ridiculous poses and look like douchebags and I really struggle finding words to describe these people.

Those kinds are the worst. It's like, dude... if some lady deviates significantly from current norms of female beauty, she's probably got more important worries than what YOU personally think about her looks. "Self-esteem" isn't synonymous with "'esteem' from a random complete-stranger guy who wants a medal for being ~so nice~".
