It's like you didn't read ToS at all; Nexon doesn't owe you anything even if you're a "paying" customer. It's a free game, and they made it that way. If they're so incompetent, you can go find a better game with a better company to join, oh wait, there's practically none that let you play for free and still have great customer service.
