Sorry if this was posted in the almost 30 pages of comments, but I read the glitch list again and didn't see it, so here you go.
It's a known issue on their end according to their bug reports. Another Jett related quest bug is that they don't have access to any of the charm quests including the lvl 30 one to get a pocket item.
