I know the post I'm replying to was a few days ago, but I was not having any trouble until today. This morning I was completely unable to harvest herbs, either in the Ardentmill maps or out in the world. Changing channels and even relogging did not make a difference. Every time, the game said "You cannot collect it yet," and sometimes I would see nothing happen at all, sometimes I would see the first frame of the harvesting animation, but the animation didn't happen. (Khaini, all channels, about 07:00 server time.)
