Got another reply RE: wrongful bigfoot "glitch" banning in '08. (Only took 3 days btw)

Hey there, I understand that you desire compensation and the previous block history removed from your account. As stated previously, we can not offer you compensation for items that may have expired during that block period. We will also not be able to remove this history from your account.

I also understand that you feel you should at least be able to review the information that was utilized to block your account as well, however, as stated in previous tickets in the past we are unable to share that information with you.

I apologize that we are not able to give you what it is you desire, however, this is simply not a decision we can change regardless of the time that has passed.

So in short, what they're saying is that A) They won't compensate or remove my ban histroy, and B) They won't explain to me why I was actually banned, seeing as I didn't abuse any glitches. It's a case of "believe us because we say so, not because we're going to prove it".

I think I've approached this from all angles possible and it's clear that the ban was not appropriate, but they're unwilling to fess up to that. If they had the evidence, it would have been handed over or at least explained in detail (as they have done in the past).

Shame.
