30 less seconds of any given buff in a job. Want threaten? You're 30 attack weaker for 30 seconds. How about crash? You're 25% weaker for 30 seconds. Wanna res someone in your party or whatever? You're either without your strongest 1v1 skill for 30 seconds or without sharp eyes.
And that's only skill switching. The 20% critical rate nerf was much more significant.
@above: Isn't that because of the no KB thing or did they fix that?
