Untradeable Wrote:OH, No it doesnt for some reason. I had around 40ish fragments, picked an epic, after re-clicking it only showed me the first one as i only had 13 fragments after choosing. Kind of a bad decision on nexon's part. Once you have 27 fragments the 3rd option should appear.
Edit: and if you dont have even 9 Fragments, It'll show you that you can get all 3 at those certian levels.
