Thank you all for the Paladin suggestions -- I will have to make one now, just for the near-immortality. 
Looks like they got some party buffs a party buff at some point (or always had them and I never noticed), so that's even more cool. On my other account, I had a Page that used 1H BWs, just for giggles (and the awesomeness of whacking stuff with a frying pan). I think I will do that again, considering that I don't care about trying to hit 999,999 damage. It will also be interesting to try crafting good equipment.
I have also been planning on a Battle Mage (what can I say, I love mages), and I'll make a Demon Slayer whenever the ability to make new ones returns.
