Elemental Decrease and Elemental Staff

Ignoring potential. What M.att equivalent would this staff be after the -25%dmg decrease

Its total dmg not mg atk, a clean ew5 was worse then a clean streetlight on my stripped i/l for perspective, so the stronger you are the worse it is
that is as strong as a lv 64 maple weapon unless ur i/l or a bmage
