It's actually a jump from v2.14 to v3.00. 
This update is Sengoku Era part one, which is called "The Dawn." It includes a new area expansion to Jipangu. I've recorded a voice commentary overlay video of it and I am rendering it right now (be forewarned, though, my voice is horrible).
...The video is going to easily take 5 ~ 6 hours to render. :| It's kind of hardly worth it with how bad my voice is. Too bad not everyone can have a voice as soothing as Zelkova-Tentacle.
