so i pretty much reskinned this guy:

to look like shinku, here's the end result so far

65 colors used, looking for any constructive criticism, only things i didn't touch (bar recoloring) were the pants, the top of the overall, the face+chest, and the gloves+staff.
wings, horns, bandages, armguards and shin guards, cape and some other stuff sprited from scratch on top of the original sprite.
really disliking the shading of the bandages on the left wing (from our perspective) looking for any constructive criticism
