Considering it's a quite important high leveled content, completely inaccessible to practically everyone... Yes. They should have spent time fixing it these last years instead of other silly things. Silly things involving NX in most cases that wouldn't even make a difference if they were ignored. And I've never brought this up until now, actually. After noticing it's been so long. I've NEVER seen any other company leave an important piece of the game rendered unusable by a bug for longer than a month.
And about the instanced thing. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't "fix" it on that same patch.
