Microsofts conferences are always mediocre. But I did like their stage set up.
The project glass thing leaked before the conference so no surprises there. It could be cool depending on how its used but it seems very gimmicky. Why use a tablet to control your xbox to browse the internet. Just use your tablet.

The only proper exclusive game Im looking forward to is Forza. Splinter Cell looked pretty good but I would be more interested in getting it on the PC.
