It's a bit of a bother when you're hunting area bosses. Especially if you're racing other people who hunt them too.
On the other hand, it causes the familiar to instantly recover all vitality, so it's a useful feature/glitch when training.
We'll have to wait and see whether they actually changed it, and if they did, whether it's for all familiars or just Jr. Boogies.
