30hours is horrifically unhealthy. It's not about ''weeding out terrible players'', it's more like encouraging gaming addiction and just irresponsibility in general. Again, in Maple, boss battles shouldn't even last over an hour because you're only pressing one button the entire time in order to attack something that doesn't even fucking move!
Though in general, for any game, bosses shouldn't take over an hour. There are actual ways to make boss battles engaging and overall enjoyable experiences, but making them last past a certain point is not one of them.
