Affirmative Action / Poverty / Oppression / Blame

I consider myself not racist. I'm not one of those people on /b/ who insists that black people are genetically inferior to white people. What I am saying is that the cultural standpoint of majority black culture is "get rich quick, party hard, die young. If that doesn't happen, I must be oppressed," which is a rather unrealistic viewpoint.

Uh, it might just be me, but saying that seems kind of racist, whether or not you know of some people who are like this...
