the thing is the people who used these things on items get to keep their items. so to stay ahead on a new char I'd have to waste ALOT more now.
Example : Perfect equip set on a thief = 100b or so, now it'll be alot more because just the weapon will take a gazillion wards to get to 12 stars.
it gives people who already have those equips an unfair advantage.
