Character Card Deck effects

It's nice for Demon Slayers, granted I'm using the Merc's 4% CDR

4% CDR on lvl 15 Endless is 12 seconds (Lvl 16 is 11 seconds)
4% CDR on lvl 20 Binding is 5 seconds

It doesn't seem much, but being able to bind 5 seconds sooner and Endless 11/12 seconds sooner is a plus in my book.

problem with bind is that unless you're soloing without another DS, those 5 extra seconds aren't really helpful.

endless is ok i guess, still too little time IMO :X
