Uh I know it's not exactly what you meant, but Future Ereve is the 160-200 area atm... It is pretty large and has a good amount of quests + it's own boss...and new equipment... Although most maps are just mobs which I know you said you don't want, Future Ereve is pretty much what you were talking about.
I wish there was a 180 or 190+ area that had a high level pq and areas, but I'm pretty sure that's wishful thinking.
