KMST Update 1.9.2e53 and 1/2
-Explorers and CKs get a passive beginner skill that decreases EXP by 30% and makes items in the cash shop cost 20% more.
-Evan can now potential all Dragon equips. They will have the same potential pool as weapons.
-Arans gain a new skill that directly increases range by Combo*10, for a max of +300,000 max range when their combo hits 30,000.
-Phantoms now can steal skills from all jobs and now have up to 2 skills from each advancement active at a given time.
-Mercedes can now shoot 4 arrows during Ishtar Ring
