That's not possible legitimately.
There's too many roadblocks such as reflect, we can't stack magic crash one after another anymore, she will summon several times, she will pig you several times.
The guy who posted that guide said she healed 65-70 times or so and when she finally died there was 2 minutes and 50 seconds left. This is with mob lag/disarm what ever you call it, a huge dps party (he said they all had crazy duped gears), he had them all apple (12 person party), he also said he skipped the minions, and this is without worrying about any of the things I listed above.
