Heh I always reflect back on high school and think how trivial it was then. Leaving really opens up your eyes to the world, eh.
Um, I don't think getting a work visa to come work in Canada should be too hard, since typically moving across the border is not difficult, as far as I've heard. And if you already have a full degree by the time you want to move, it should be easy. I don't actually have any experience with that so I can't say for certain.
There are places in Quebec you can find many English-speakers. Look at Montreal lol...you basically don't need to know French to live there. So, guess it depends on which city you end up in.
