Was doing the Alien Quests, and was at the part where you're imprisoned but break out. Double-clicked the monster carnival thing, finished it, was back in town. Can no longer continue the alien quests because I can't get back to the base.
EDIT: Nevermind, I clicked up on the giant machine at that alien camp thing and got imprisoned again.
