Numbers are a little off atm due to not updating my spreadsheet, but.
My Paladin has 831 base str plus 170 from gear (1001 total). It also has 242 attack, or 272 with DS on. And 35+115 = 150 dex. 62% str.
So the 150 dex / 4 / 1.62 = 23, add that to the base+gear for 1024 str.
1024/242 or 1024/272 = 4.23 or 3.76 would be the totals.
I'm not currently in the habit of using attack pots, if I was I'd add those in too. DS is on and off enough it's worth me comparing both ways, other classes don't have temporary buffs to the same extent.
