It's not normal lag. I'm reluctant to even call it lag. It is like a bad connection. Either a good connection forms or a bad ones forms. 99.99% of them today have been bad connections. I am fully aware of the problems with nexon's servers. It is not the problem. This problem has been going on for months.
It went away for a little while though, then came back. Also, I forgot to mention. It only happens at home. Not at school. So I doubt it's my laptop.
