100k*0.3*1=30

50% boss
100k*0.3*1.5=45

ok, i think i see the problem, and your math isn't wrong.
when a boss is at 50% PDR, losing 1 PDR would equal to gaining 2% boss damage
from what it seems, this has to be graphed, but %ignore seems to be better at empress at all points, brb, excel.
